We’re looking for a smart, strategic Sales Representative who can turn new opportunities into lasting partnerships and help expand our reach in video production and marketing.You should enjoy connecting with people and excel at time management — prioritizing tasks and working independently, which is especially important in a small business setting.Sales Strategy & ExecutionGenerate and qualify leads, nurture relationships, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.Develop and execute a sales strategy that prioritizes sustainable growth and aligns with company goals.Follow up on major leads, handle rejection, and pursue high-impact opportunities for company growth.Use excellent time management to convert opportunities into long-term clients — with the judgment to know when to walk away from deals that aren’t the right fit.Client Communication & Relationship BuildingCommunicate clearly and persuasively in pitches, calls, meetings, emails, and presentations.Listen actively and prepare thoroughly to understand prospects’ pain points, motivations, and objectives.Build rapport and long-term relationships through strong interpersonal and networking skills.Negotiate pricing, project scope, and contract terms with professionalism and confidence.Proposal & Project CoordinationScope projects effectively, manage client expectations, demonstrate sound judgment, and collaborate seamlessly with production teams.Create compelling business proposals, prepare sales contracts, and negotiate favorable terms.Lead the process for responding to RFPs with city, state and federal government that align with company goals.Industry Knowledge & Marketing SupportQuickly develop a solid understanding of video production processes, terminology, and costs.Use content marketing and social media insights to position our services as creative solutions to client problems.Stay current on trends, competitors, and market rates within the video production and marketing industry.Engage with our existing CRM or guide us toward a more comprehensive system for organizing lead generation.
